The European Design Institute is the largest Italian private institute, which aids people in the training of design, visual communications and fashion. It organizes various courses, of which here are some:

Contents and objectives
The course is aimed at those who already have a basic understanding of Autocad 2000 2D/3D, and who want to broaden their knowledge on digital projections. The students, will work with photo-realism, 3D pictures and animations
- Windows NT Operating System and configuration hardware
- The functioning of colours and outline characteristics (material editor)
- Texture mapping skills
- Lighting: typology, positioning and colour of light
- Spatial positioning and movements: framing and camera movements
- Development of skills for understanding photo-realism and lighting
- Animation

Contents and objectives
The course is aimed for all those interested in interior and exhibit design, who have an understanding of the following disciplines: real-life drawing, geo-metric drawing, technical drawing, CAD 2D
The way of using different styles of lighting and lighting equipment in interior spaces are what we put forward as our objectives. Leaving a side these fundamentals ideas of the school let us now mention something on the sources of light, which derive primarily from the different effects which nature itself produces. The students who participate in this course are given a mini project to complete. The task is based around selecting and positioning the correct lighting source and equipment in relation to the interior decoration and furnishings.
